- We are seeking your Request for Information in providing the hotel services for conference, accommodation and other related services.The brief of scope of requirements are stated below and detailed requirements will be confirmed in the tender documents. 1. ESCAP intends to engage hotels that wouldsupport ESCAP and UN entities to organize conferences, meetings and events outside of its premises, to meet the increasing demands. 2. The purpose of this Request for Information (ROI) is to identify hotels within close proximity (i.e.5 km) to ESCAP, who are capable of providing accomodation andconference support services, and gather information on the available accomodation and hotel facilities, conference facilities, and other logistical servicesavailable.
