Description:
Tenders are invited for Development of Capacity Building Module with design Consultancy The objective of this activity is to develop a comprehensive capacity building module that will enhance the knowledge and skills of youth in human rights advocacy in Southeast Asia / ASEAN. The module will provide SAY-HR-SEA participants with a better understanding of human rights, the importance of advocacy, and the necessary skills to engage in advocacy campaigns in Southeast Asia / ASEAN. The activity aims to facilitate AYF having a published module of offline training on Rights-based Advocacy and Activism. This module will also be published to Plan International Asia & Pacific-s ‘HUB-. Qualifications Experience in developing Capacity Building Modules and design, particularly with ASEAN and AICHR; and for young people. Excellent knowledge and experience about history, operational and procedures of ASEAN/AICHR: Demonstrated technical expertise in engaging with ASEAN/AICHR; Good communications (particularly writing), analytical skills and high proficiency in English; Demonstrable experience in developing high quality training manuals on gender equality, human rights, justice and welfare, advocacy, and peace building and security; It is an advantage if the consultant is able to prove the experience of development of similar capacity building manuals in the part.
