- Expression of Interest are invited for Innovative Blue Financing Solutions. Publication Date: 02-Dec-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 14-Dec-2022 The objective of this Consultancy is to support the World Bank team in providing the technical knowledge and advice for blue financing and blue bond issuance in Thailand. This will include: (i) conducting a readiness assessment, identifying gaps, and putting forward recommendations and an implementation plan; (ii) developing a blue financing framework including but not limited to strategic goals, environmental objectives, taxonomy, reporting guidelines, and defining criteria for eligible blue investments; (iii) providing guidance on the identification of eligible blue investments; (iv) assessing the scale of funding that can be mobilized from the blue bond; and (v) the type of investments are expected to be funded by the blue bond. A periodical assessment of the technical support will be conducted to review progress and determine the work plan for the subsequent period. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
