- Expression of Interest are invited for Landscape of Thai Securities Businesses After Covid-19 and Under Digital Disruption. The objective of this assignment is to undertake a detailed study to analyze how global megatrends such as digital disruption, COVID-19 pandemic, ESG, and specific challenges of the country such as the aging society are impacting securities businesses and provide policy recommendations, focusing mainly on the appropriate legal, regulatory and supervisory regime. The study will draw from the experiences of select developed economies and peer countries in responding to these developments. The study is expected to inform the implementation of the Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission strategic plan for 2021-2023.
