- UNICEF Thailand has now issued a Request for Proposal in reference to LRPS-2022-9180435 to seek a qualified institution to conduct a rapid assessment of the Office of the Ombudsman-s Vocational Skill Enhancement project.ObjectiveUNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO) is seeking a qualified institution (company, academic institution, and/or foundation) with expertise in the areas of adolescent and youth skills development and employability to conduct a rapid assessment of the Office of the Ombudsman-s Vocational Skill Enhancement project, assess the degree of integration of existing services in selected provinces, including identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, with a view to inform the design and set-up of an integrated services model for youth NEET in Thailand.Location and duration of assignmentThe assignment will be mostly completed at the contractor-s premises. However, the contractor will be expected to be Thailand in order to interact with key stakeholders on a regular basis in Bangkok and in the selected target provinces.
