UNICEF Thailand has now issued a Request for Proposal in reference to LRPS-2023- 9180741 Rev.1 to seek a qualified institution to develop and adopt of an evidence and results-based planning and budgeting curriculum for the Department of Local Administration (DLA).Objectives1. To review and identify gaps in current training courses offered by the DLA via the LPDI in the areas of (i) evidence-based planning; (ii) result-based planning, (iii) translation of planning into budgeting, and (iv) youth participation in planning and budgeting:2. To develop an evidence and results-based planning and budgeting curriculum for the DLA; and3.
