Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Migration from Google Workspace to M365 with SharePoint Architecture RECOFTC seeks a vendor to support RECOFTC in the planning and implementation of a migration from Google Workspace (formerly G suite) and Google Drive to Microsoft 365 with SharePoint, including the following services: · Microsoft 365 administration configuration · Review of Google Shared drives and legacy intranet implementations · Report and presentation on SharePoint implementation needs and recommendations · Deployment and customization of SharePoint templates for intranet · Configure Active Directory and map user profiles · Perform test run prior to migration · Migrate mailboxes from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Exchange · Migrate documents from Google MyDrive to OneDrive, Shared Drives to SharePoint including migrating permissions · Define bulk update procedures to support RECOFTC with re-organization of drive/site structure · Ensure deployment and switchover timing minimizes staff disruption · Coordinate with RECOFTC IT staff throughout planning and deployment administration · Provide administrator training and guidance manual identifying all configuration settings · Provide staff user guidance and training of approximately 130 staff members in group settings
