• Description:
• The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) has a requirement to insure the property of ESCAP, comprising of owned buildings, property items contained therein and portable items listed for coverage, along with coverage for third party who are present within the ESCAP premises. The provision of insurance for ESCAP shall cover the following policies:1. All risks associated with all three (3) ESCAP buildings, foundations, as well as extra expenses as may necessarily be incurred to rebuild, repair or replace the damaged property, including relocation costs; 2. Public liability insurance for third party; and3. All risks for portable items.SERVICE REQUIREMENTESCAP (hereinafter “the Client”) seeks to contract with a reputable insurance brokerage firm (hereinafter “the Vendor”) who was established under the jurisdiction within the Kingdom of Thailand. As the Client-s authorized representative, the Vendor shall be required to perform the following services:- Solicit insurance providers from the market, in order to obtain the best coverage for all three (3) policies;- Provide the Client with at least three (3) coverage options from insurance providers for each of the three (3) policies at the contract initiation period and for every year throughout the duration of the contract with the Client;- Act on the Client-s behalf when an incident arises that could potentially lead to a claim or a dispute;- Liaise and coordinate with the insurance provide...
