• The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), located in Bangkok, Thailand, is conducting a market assessment to better understand currently available Managed Print Services (MPS) and Pay-to-Print service models suitable for a multi-agency international office environment.ESCAP currently supports approximately 30 United Nations agencies and entities located within the ESCAP compound in Bangkok, with an estimated annual printing volume of approximately 800,000 pages.Through this Request for Information (RFI), ESCAP seeks to better understand current market offerings, operational models, service approaches, and indicative pricing structures for enterprise managed printing environments.This RFI is intended solely for information gathering and planning purposes.
