- To improve efficiency and consistency whilst ensuring outstanding quality of service and cost effectiveness, PSP Thailand plans to identify a competent external service provider for the provision of Contact center Services.The frame agreement will be signed with the successful bidder for the initial duration of 12-months (Phase 1) with potentially extendable for a further period of 12-months (Phase 2) period, subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the contract.Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification or any question in respect of this RFP by e-mail to Yun Ling ling@unhcr.org and Erzsebet Gal gal@unhcr.org The deadline for receipt of questions is the 10 November 2023 23:59 GMT + 7 hrs.
