UNESCAP is seeking expressions of interest from qualified manufacturers for the supply and door-to-door delivery of EV-SUV, PHEV-Sedan and EV/PHEV/Hybrid Van and their logistic support services (spare parts, warranty, training, etc), including the installation of a flagpole, throughout the vehicles' entire life.2. Brief explanation of each of the terms is as follows:a. Vehicle engines:i. Full Electric Vehicle (EV): by EV, UNESCAP means vehicles that have a battery instead of a gasoline tank, and an electric motor instead of an internal combustion engine and is powered entirely by electricity from a battery that requires recharging.ii.
