- Description :The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable consultant to provide strategic, technical and coordination support to UNAIDS and WHO that will be specific to the portfolio of work on antiretroviral based HIV prevention including oral pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and long acting PrEP products (the dapivirine vaginal ring (DVR) and long-acting cabotegravir (CAB-LA) in Asia and the Pacific region (UNAIDS RST, and WHO-s WPRO / SEARO / and Pakistan and Iran). The intention of this consultant position is to provide technical support to countries on request; to coordinate PrEP-related activities, including as they relate to the Global PrEP Network (GPN); to report on policy and regulatory progress in the region and disseminate new guidance relating to oral PrEP, PEP and new long-acting PrEP productsThe bidder is requested to provide a daily rate in a separate component for the duration of 1 September 2023 till 31 August 2024.
