Description: The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier to provide high-level audio conferencing services during the regional capacity building and advocacy meeting in Bangkok in the period of September 27-29, 2022. The meeting is being organized by the UNAIDS Regional Office for Asia and Pacific and aiming to bring together 60 participants from 10 different countries of the Region including CLO, governmental representatives, other international and bi-lateral partners.The conference audio system package should include the equipment needed to ensure high-quality audio service during the meeting, able to support simultaneous translation in multiple languages. It has to include 12 wireless microphones, digital signal processing units, amplification system (refer to Tor for the detailed list of equipment).
