- Description:
- The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of Consultancy for capacity building on Population Size Estimation/Asia and the PacificScope of WorkThe consultant will be responsible for developing workshop materials (agenda, presentations and other supporting documents) for an in person 4-day workshop and facilitate that workshop targeting UNAIDS Strategic Information Advisors from countries from the UNAIDS region of Asia and the Pacific. The consultant will facilitate the 4-day workshop in-person. Exact dates of the workshop will be agreed and communicated in January 2024. The consultant is expected to travel to Bangkok where the workshop will take place.For workshop materials development - up to 20 days between November 1st and December 31st 2023. This will be funded from 2023 RST core budget.For last minute preparations and facilitation of the workshop upto 10 days in Q1 2024, thus total 30th daysAll related travel costs will be included in the contract as per UNAIDS regulationIn follow up to the workshop, the consultant will provide a technical report on the workshop process, results, and recommendations.For details on the activities and expectedoutcomes please refer to the attached RFQ document
