- 1. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (hereinafter “ESCAP”) is seeking the service of a company that can provide Support Services for these five (5) administrative functions: a. Senior Property Physical Check, Disposal and Sales Support; b. Receipt and Inspection Support c. Office and Furniture Supply Support d. Space Data Record-Keeping, Research and Sales Logistics Support e. Building Maintenance Supply Support 2. The ESCAP complex in Bangkok is home to ESCAP and to other UN Agencies. It consists of a Secretariat Building, a Service Building and the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC). 3. The building space serves approximately 1,900 staff. The building operates between 10 to 12 hours a day, Monday through Friday and with weekend and longer weekly operating hours during special conference or events.4. The contract shall be for a total of seven (7) years in the following format: three (3) + two (2) + two (2). Three (3) years form the initial period, starting in the 2nd quarter of 2027, with two (2) extensions of two (2) years each. Contract extensions are at the discretion of ESCAP, subject to the contractor's satisfactory performance, availability of funds and evolving operational requiremetns of ESCAP.5.
